Goriziane has designed a 12” Pipe Bear Cage for pipe pulling and alignment assistance during welding in a gas energy project.

Pulling Capacity: 15T per clamp (friction coefficient 0.4, to be tested)

Hydraulic System: Fully hydraulic with manual control (no automation/electrical components)
Materials: Stainless steel piping/fittings

Operational Modes

In-board: One clamp fixed on a stand, the other on a wheeled trolley (wheels protected for safety)
Out-board: Lifted via pad eyes, with trolley and stands removed

The design ensures safe, efficient handling and operation for both in-board and out-board tie-in tasks.
